THE MUSEUM OF BARBARA UR PIWARSKA AND ANDRZEJ PIWARSKI On 08. Novenmber 2014 at the opening ceremony of the exhibition of paintings in the Municipal Cultural Center in Tuchomie, the works created during the of thirteen International Symposia Artists in Tuchomie was signed contracts for the uprising: Communal Museum of European Art Laboratory Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Piwarski in Tuchomie and European Sculpture Park Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Piwarski in Tuchomie. Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Piwarski free are lending works of art in the form of paintings and sculptures created in the organized through them International Symposiums Artists in Tuchomie in the years 1993-2006. Additionally, Barbara and Andrzej Piwarski are lending their paintings and sculptures created out of symposia. They shall also provide documentation of works and exhibitions organized in the years 1993 – 2014 in Poland and abroad, by the European Laboratory of Art in Tuchomie.

Currently place of exhibition of paintings and sculptures will be buildings of the Municipal Office, the Municipal Cultural Centre and the Centre for International Meetings in Tuchomie. It is planned the construction of the building, “the Municipal Museum of European Art Laboratory Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Piwarski in Tuchomie.” Agreement on 08.11.2014 about the creation of the Municipal Museum of European Art Laboratory Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Piwarski in Tuchomie signed on behalf of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Tuchomie Director Ludwik Szreder and by the European Laboratory of Art Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Piwarski.

Sculptures and spatial objects created between 1993 – 2006 during the International Symposia Artists in Tuchomie located on private property of Barbara and Andrzej Piwarski, created by them European Sculpture Park found the transferred free of charge as a permanent outdoor exhibition of sculptures in the commune at the School of Tuchomie. The park covers about 3 hectares of land, which will be located sculptures and objects under the name of European Sculpture Park Barbara Ur Piwarskiaand Andrzej Piwarski in Tuchomie. Will be developed signboards sculptures, website and will be carried out documentation of the activities of the Laboratory of Art. On November 8, 2014 at the ceremonial opening of the exhibition of works created on organized in the years 1993-2006 the International Symposia Artists in Tuchomie, Mayor of Tychomie Jerzy Lewi – Kiedrowski handed Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Jan Piwarski a diploma thanks for promoting Tuchomie of the Commune in Poland and Europe . Also gave thanks for the presentation of artistic works at the annual International Symposia Artists in Tuchomie organized in the years 1993-2006.
At the same time he wished to continue the work created, organized exhibitions, art exhibitions, not only educated and broadened horizons, but also approaching people in time and space and many further artistic success.

Was carried out by Joanna Ratajczak and Eva Maria Slaska. He was shot in Berlin in the studios of Barbara Ur Piwarska and Andrzej Jan Piwarski. The Gallery Glaza in Danzig on 16 May 2014 saw the opening of individual exhibition of paintings Andrzej Jan Piwarski – “Traces of Time – Traces of the sun.”

It can be seen in the gallery for the latest oil paintings inspired by Andrzej Piwarski stay in sunny Spain, which the author described as “traces of the sun” and the paintings earlier called “traces of time.” In both cases, the material plays a special role. It is not only material but also a way of creative expression and symbol. From the images exudes a large focus on composition, color, structure, plane and depth.

The exhibition lasted till 31 May 2014.

This is the 10th Exhibition of the artist in Gdansk and 30 in Poland after 1990 year.

BENEFIT – ANDRZEJ JAN PIWARSKI – TRACES OF TIME

In the legendary hall ” Filmbühne at Steinplatz “, Hardenbergerstr.12 , 10623 BERLIN on 10 December 2013 at 7.oo pm held benefit Andrzej Jan Piwarski “Traces of time.” Benefis organized : Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Berlin, the Federal Association – Polish Forum in Germany and Artistic Agency andi -pol -art in Berlin.

Program of the event consisted of a number of attractions, including was displayed TV movie “August unions” showing Piwarskis paintigs on the canvas of history “Flight” associated with the Gdansk shipyard strike in August 1980 . Andrzej Piwarski that was in 1970 during the so-called Gdansk – December events on the Coast. After ten years has witnessed another protest and fight for the rights and dignity of man . Doing sketches, collects various types of originals , documents accompanying the times . Plans in artistic way to present and preserve a time of hope , which originated in the first time in Gdansk and later in Poland and Europe.
Created a large series of paintings “Traces – Hopes – Poland 1970-1980 ” . Receives clothing from his friend , in which he was out for 17 days in the shipyard in Gdansk. After six years, the artist blends the original, nothing in it without changing the big picture format. Giving a big load of expression is painting the wings that lift the character- clothes in a hopeful space . He made the metaphor of “Solidarność” movement . After 25 years, the filmmakers conducted a conversation in the studio with the author and his wife Barbara Ur- Piwarska and shipyard worker , who still works in the same repair yard in Gdansk. The wheel of history drew a circle .
Celebration benefit concert was attended by prominent musician – composer Józef Skrzek . Concert in its execution it improvisations and variations Piwarski to seven images displayed on a large screen. Rich in texture , full of mystery and contrasts music master Skrzek created to complement and evocative setting of this extraordinary exhibition. Virtuosic compositions gave an unforgettable atmosphere of acceptance by the public works of sound and color. It was a real treat to melody and timbre.
Piwarski presented by displaying on a large movie screen their paintings created during his fifty years of creative work. It is interesting that one of the two winning paintings – Award of the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1963.
Complementing the show “Exhibition – 50 years of creative work ” was a projection of some documentation of exhibitions , reviews and directories until 1990 , ie for artistic and physical return of the Polish Republic after nearly 10- year absence .
During a benefit auction was held paintings and drawings AJ Piwarski. Sold four paintings created in Spain and one ink drawing from the series “Majorca ” .
The over three-hour full of art and memories of the evening ended champion Józef Skrzek doing their very touching composition which also dedicated to his wife Andrzej Piwarski – an outstanding artist Barbara Ur – Piwarska.
